Margaret has been making her mark in the real estate industry since 2017, specializing in new construction homes. She grew up in South Dakota until moving to Florida in 2010. Since then, she has embraced the Florida sunshine and made it her home.

In the realm of real estate, Margaret is fully dedicated to her profession, committing her time and expertise to it on a full-time basis. Margaret also serves as the driving force behind Skyline Building and Investments, a thriving new construction company. Margaret’s vision was to seamlessly integrate her family’s expertise in construction with her own passion for real estate. She took on the role of selling their new construction homes. Her background in construction management provides her with an unparalleled understanding of the intricate details that transform a house into a cherished home. This knowledge enables her to be a trusted advisor in the real estate market in new construction, land searching, flip properties and so much more. 

When she’s not helping clients find their ideal homes, you can often find her at Train Fight Win, where she works on kickboxing or hone her skills for upcoming obstacle courses. She is also an avid traveler, continuously exploring new international destinations with her husband Franklin. Margaret dedicates her time to teaching Sunday school at the Greek Orthodox Church, emphasizing her commitment to both her faith and community. Moreover, she cherishes the company of her extensive big fat Armenian family, often gathering with them to create cherished memories, and her two giant dogs, Dzor and Phyllis Diller.

Whether she’s helping clients find their dream homes, jet-setting with her husband, or walking her 150 pound Gampr Dogs, Margaret approaches each challenge with a resolute commitment to problem-solving. Summer Eades

As a native of North Florida and a proud alumna of FSU with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Summer is a true local with an undeniable passion for her community. At the age of 20, she embarked on a journey in the real estate world, fueled by her drive and innovative spirit. April Dean

April is proud to call beautiful Tallahassee home. With deeply entrenched roots here, her grandfather a professor for more than 40 years at Florida State University, her parents attending Leon High School and Florida High. She has watched her hometown transform over the decades, inspiring her to be part of the growth through real estate. After earning an Associate of Arts degree from Pensacola Jr College, she returned to Tallahassee and attended Florida State University. Dual enrolled, she received a registered appraiser license from The Real Estate School, starting her career with one of the premier real estate appraisal firms in Tallahassee. April eventually ventured into a two-decade long mortgage banking career working with local community banks and national mortgage lenders. She has also been involved as an affiliate member with both Tallahassee Board Realtors and The Tallahassee Builders Association over the years.

Drawing on her 20+ years of experience as a top producing Mortgage Banker, April consistently delivers exceptional results by skillfully maneuvering varied market cycles and going the extra mile to meet her clients needs. Her clients appreciate her prompt high quality service, innovative marketing strategies and candid transparency, as well as her personal knowledge of commercial and residential real estate investing.

Family means the world to April as she enjoys spending time with her husband of over 16 years, Carlton Dean, a local commercial real estate broker and developer and their two sons, Baker and Balee. You can often find them hanging out at Alligator Point, enjoying the beach, boating, fishing and outdoor activities. (Or at baseball games and golf matches with their sons).

Joshua Davis

She has been an active part of the Tallahassee community ever since. As a former educator with Leon County Schools, Jessica is excited to be turning her community focus towards real estate.

Constance Buford
Constance Buford, Realtor® and Alumni of Florida State University, has a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate with a minor in Finance. In 2014, she became a Licensed Realtor ® Associate and since has experience in both commercial and residential industries. Being a Tallahassee native, Constance has a niche for the market in which she lives in, and is very knowledgeable in regards to the whereabouts throughout the city. Constance guides her buyers and sellers every step of the way to ensure the process of home buying and selling is smooth and successful. Maria Tizzani
After graduating from Florida State University, Maria found that Tallahassee also makes a great place to live and work as a young professional. Kayla Palmer

Kayla is a licensed real estate agent involved with listing and selling homes in Crawfordville and Tallahassee, as well as all along the coasts of Florida where she spent a lot of her time as a child. Prior to becoming a licensed real estate agent she managed a seafood restaurant on the coast for many years. She is a Mother of two beautiful girls who keep her very busy. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her friends and family!

Joana is a native of Kentucky (Go Wildcats!) but has lived in the Tallahassee area over 20 years. Prior to becoming a licensed real estate agent, she was a legal assistant and then a stay at home mom for many years. She is the mother of four wonderful children who keep her on her toes! She enjoys the outdoors, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
